1) Legal Notice

This website offers a service for generating informational geographic risk reports based on public data and algorithmic processing.

Access to and use of the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to use the site lawfully and in good faith.

Limitation of liability: the service is informational in nature and does not replace professional advice. Information may vary depending on the availability, currency and quality of public sources. Consulting qualified professionals for significant decisions is recommended.

2) Terms of Purchase

Purpose of the service: generation of the GEARA Certificate (informational geographic risk report) associated with a parcel identified by cadastral reference, analysing six factors: flood, seismic, drought, geotechnical, fire and air quality.

Price: €14.90 (VAT included), unless otherwise indicated during the purchase process.

Payment: payment is processed securely through Stripe. Geatrix does not store complete card data; processing is handled by the payment provider.

Delivery and execution: after payment confirmation, the system automatically begins execution of the service and generates the PDF, which becomes available for immediate download.

Right of withdrawal (digital content): as this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the user expressly consents to immediate execution and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once execution has begun, the right of withdrawal shall not apply.

Nature of the report: the GEARA Certificate is informational in nature. It does not constitute an official certificate, expert report, valuation or professional advice (technical, urban-planning, legal or investment) and does not replace documents required by applicable regulations.

Limitation of liability: Geatrix does not guarantee absolute accuracy as it depends on the public sources consulted. Geatrix shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the certificate. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, maximum liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the certificate.

Applicable law and jurisdiction: Spanish law applies. If the user qualifies as a consumer, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.

3) Privacy Policy

Data processed: cadastral reference; email if provided; payment identifiers (id, status, amount, date/time); technical security data (e.g. IP hash and logs); necessary technical cookies.

Purposes: generate and deliver the certificate; manage payment and invoicing; comply with legal obligations; fraud prevention and security; service improvement through aggregated analytics.

Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation; legitimate interest (security).

Retention: order/invoicing data for the applicable legal periods; certificates available for download for 30 days from purchase; security logs up to 12 months.

Recipients: Stripe (payment provider), hosting/infrastructure technical providers (if applicable) and public authorities where a legal obligation exists.

International transfers: if any provider makes transfers outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards will be applied where applicable.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by request to info@geatrix.com. A complaint may also be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies: only technical cookies necessary for site operation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used except with information and consent.
